🌱 As you may know I’ve been a longtime pulse promoter. In my last book Slim Down Now (which came out 10 years ago now, wow!) I dedicated an entire chapter to the health, performance, and weight management benefits of pulses and the book’s meal-building strategy included at least one 1/2 cup serving of pulses daily. Sweet potatoes are one of my performance favorites for several reasons. They:
