Two stunning smartphones, one landmark launch event, conceptualized & executed with passion, innovation and a unique layer of deep techno-creative showmanship.

Team Communique collaborated with vivo India to launch the much awaited vivo X Fold5 & the vivo X200 FE. Two exceptional devices, their narratives woven together with a seamless layer of ultra-premiumness + technological excellence, a vivo X-Series signature.

600+ members from the media, creators, vivo’s community and partners were taken on a journey of world-class keynote presentations, stunning product/brand films, and a hands-on, experiential demo zone, bringing to life the key features with their real life usage(s) simulated through slice-of-life moments borrowed straight from the users’ lifestyle.

The experiential demo zones of both the devices featured craftily created photo opportunities for visitors to test the Zeiss camera prowess, artistic installations to spotlight the form factor and engaging demonstrations to highlight the performance of both the phones.

It’s 2025, and AI had to have a special place of prominence. An exclusive demo zone was dedicated to the X200 FE’s partnership with Google Gemini - crafty prompts and unique environments were designed to bring out the magic of Gemini Live with camera, YouTube Video Analysis, Intelligent QnA and more. For the X Fold5, vivo’s proprietary productivity powerhouse features - Origin Workbench, Smart Call Assistant were showcased in a plush corner office setting, representing the boss-mode mindset of vivo’s fold phone users.

Hindustan Pencils’ flagship ASA Meet 2025 - was designed to inspire, engage, and celebrate their sales force and internal cross functional teams. 

We infused it with purpose by pivoting the entire business meet around a single theme - TURNING POINT. Sharp presentations  launch of a range of pens, pencils and almost 100 new SKU’s, the event was a call to inject the sales teams with what matters most to win in a market. PASSION and BRAND LOVE. 

What got them really excited was the product immersion. From  caricature booths, to colouring mural walls, and an AI-powered signature analysis zones, each experience was designed to make them fall in love with the products they sell. Employee generated content has been gaining moment internationally for a while now, but we’ve seldom seen it executed in India - especially with big tech. Our curiosity to see how people would react to EGC content in India is exactly what prompted us to try it with Meta on the metaindia page.

The results?

A Proud Presence at Elecrama – Thrilled to be a part of Schneider Electric’s standout presence at Elecrama! This design brought their Sustainability Story to life through an immersive, high-impact visitor experience.

Smart Space Design - A 6000 sq.ft. booth carefully crafted for seamless navigation through Schneider Electric’s innovations.

Sustainable Materials - The booth embodied Schneider’s green vision with moss walls, repurposed bamboo, rattan bases, and reused corkwood for floors and walkways—blending nature with technology.

Crown of Technology - The entire pavilion was crowned with a curvilinear array of light beams displaying messages that seamlessly bound the space together under a tech vibe.
