When you stick to certain routines at home it might feel difficult at first to keep them up while traveling.

But be honest with yourself: you can find anti-inflammatory and healthy food everywhere 🌍. Instead of choosing gluten (like pasta or pizza) you can go for fish or meat with veggies 🥦🍗. Almost every restaurant offers that.

✨ Here are some easy ways to eat healthy on vacation:
	•	Choose grilled fish, chicken or lean meat instead of fried options 🐟🍗
	•	Order an extra side of veggies or salad 🥗
	•	Go for fresh fruit as dessert 🍓🍍
	•	Drink water or sparkling water instead of sugary drinks 💧
	•	Try local dishes with fresh ingredients instead of heavy fast food 🍲
	•	Carry healthy snacks like nuts or fruit for day trips 🥜🍎

It’s not about whether you have sourdough bread in the morning or a main dish with some rice. What really matters is the bigger picture: nutrient-rich food, proteins, fiber and balance.

Of course you can enjoy pizza on vacation too – it’s just like at home 🍕.

Not every woman with lipedema needs surgery. Period.

Yes, there are cases where liposuction makes sense — especially in later stages or when the pain is severe.

This is how I train with lipedema.

I know many doctors advise against strength training — but honestly? I think that’s dangerous advice. Strength training is deeply connected to longevity and overall health. It also supports your connective tissue!

If you’re in stage 3, of course I wouldn’t recommend heavy lifting. But some resistance training? Totally safe — and beneficial.

Incline walks are my go-to!
And keeping my NEAT high is a no-brainer.
When it comes to Pilates, I focus more on my arms :)
