- 💪🏼✨P I L A T E S B O D Y✨💪🏼 People always ask me how many times a week should I practice Pilates. 🤍 Any movement is good, so if once a week is all you can fit in, then that’s better than nothing. 🤍 If you’re new to the practice, twice a week would be good for you so you can start to understand the movements and breath 🤍 If you know you like Pilates and want to see results quicker, 3 times a week is great for you. 🤍 If you want to feel amazing all the time in your Mind & Body, then 4 times a week will do the trick. ✨For me, I like to practice 4-5 times a week. I’m currently doing 5 days a week classic flow, and 3 days a week I’ll add in sculpt classes. The classic is a non negotiable for MY body ❤️ Where do I practice? longleanpilates 😘
