![In China, people use a STAMP to sign legal documents!
When going to Xi’an, China, this is definitely something that you have to get as a souvenir!
💴 Price: for a small, lower quality stamp you can pay anywhere from $5-$15, or up to $15-$200 depending on size (and quality) , but the top stamps can go up to 1000s of dollars!
These seals are called (印章) yìnzhāng or 篆刻 (zhuànkè), and while obviously people have adopted the modern way of signing things… This practice is still very much used culturally.
Step 1: pick your stone. The price will vary based on the quality of the stone and sometimes even though it was smaller, it was still a lot more expensive than some of the bigger ones!
Step 2: pick your totem. Various animals from the Chinese lunar calendar can be found on top of the stamps and other carved things as well to your liking.
Step 3: decide what you want written. You can pick a variety of characters, including your name or just something you like.
Step 4: Watch the master carve! This can take up to one hour, depending on the device they use, how hard the stone is and the difficulty of your characters

This is such a tasty dish. You should try when you’re in the Muslim quarter of xi’an
It’s a Shaanxi street food called 灌面皮 (guàn miàn pí), sometimes just called mianpi (面皮, “noodle skin”)
It features fermented black beans (also known as douchi, 豆豉) along with chili, garlic, sesame paste, vinegar, and soy sauce
Must try food in Xi’an China!

I have traveled to Egypt four times and three of them have been solo travel
This time I am here with Dilara and we are having quite a good time.
There are a few things you should know when traveling to Egypt...
1. When you call an Uber, they might try to get you to pay a different amount in US dollars.
This is typically because the price is on Uber are very low. Regardless, this is not a fair thing to do and especially when you don’t have any cash on you it makes things take a lot longer and waste your time.
I usually just cancel and get a new car.
2. Learn how to say no: saying “lah shukran” means “no thank you” and it’s very helpful. You just keep walking and begin to ignore.
3. There are good and bad people in every country and I think that has gotten a really bad name because of some things that have happened in the past.
However, you cannot define an entire country by incidences in their past especially because there are so many more people than just a handful of young men who typically carry out these actions.
Egyptians are incredibly hospitable people and generally very kind and I’ve had incredible experiences here and I think that if you are saying you won’t visit Egypt, you are missing out

I have been wanting to visit Siwa Oasis as long as I can remember
It’s truly such a beautiful part of the world
I think more people do not visit Siwa mainly because it is a bit difficult to get to.
There are no flights other than military or private flights so most people have to take a pretty long car ride either from Alexandria or Cairo
The town itself feels like you’re stepping back in time.
The culture here is completely different from other parts of Arab Egypt and it’s definitely a must visit if you want to see something different from the rest of the country

I’ve been here many times before so l’m really just here because this was the cheapest flight to go to Europe on this challenge.
So we will be spending two days here and then heading to one more destination in Europe before heading to the next continent
Now when I talk about economy on Turkish Airlines, this was definitely not as good as the last flight... And unfortunately, this one was 16 hours
finally to Istanbul.

![What do you know about where coffee comes from? ⬇️

As someone who loves coffee, I really thought I knew about the history and where it comes from.
But there’s actually so much that I didn’t know, for example:
- 1kg coffee requires 30l water to wash off the honey part and process it, this makes a lot of damage to the environment and overuse of water
- Coffee beans are only good for 3 days before dried! However they can store for 3 months if dried, which is why coffee is dried to store it
- Caffeine awakes during roasting process but has more antioxidants when raw, however, the roasting process is what makes coffee unhealthy and potentially carcinogenic
Overall is so interesting learning about how Coffee is planted and how Coffee grows out a coffee farm and where does coffee come from?

![Things to know before going to Bad Bunny in PR! ⬇️
I thought it was a little bit crazy that you cannot bring Meta glasses in, but this is pretty important to know because they will either make you throw them out or you need to leave them somewhere and get them later.
We can also not bring in portable fans or umbrellas that will make you throw all of these out, but it may rain so bring a slicker.
You need to adhere to the bag size so bring a clear bag or get a free one at the street fair
The lines for everything are insanely long so you definitely need to ensure that you get there early.
If you have magenta pass because you have T-Mobile then you will be able to bring in multiple friends. I don’t know the cap on this, but I saw people bringing in three or four friends
All of the activations are very cool, but you do need reservations for some and if you don’t have VIP it might be difficult so we ended up skipping those
All in all it was really a great time, but we didn’t end up leaving halfway through the last song, which is La Mundanza , and although it was kind of a bummer, it was definitely worth it because we didn’t run into any traffic

Overall Cafetín is a really fun place to go out in San Juan DURING THE DAY. Mainly because everyone who’s here for the residency is either boricua, or generally Latin/good vibes
But I wouldn’t say it’s the only place to go out while in PR. Lots of places in Condado as well that are a good time if staying in San Juan. This is also close to el Choli

Yes we went to La Perla mainly to meet some friends I already knew from the last time I was here. Don’t just go. Listen to islanders, and have respect in general for this beautiful place.
But I’m always going to be real and show where I go ✌🏽

Polish and Japanese don’t normally go together when you’re talking about food, but today they did.
📍 ikigai.nyc is located in Fort Greene, Brooklyn
they are a nonprofit dedicating themselves to providing food to those suffering from food insecurity.
So not only are you getting to eat an incredible meal but you are also getting to support an incredible cause
Everything from the beginning course in the garden to the final dessert was inventive and so tasty.
If you’re looking for an Omakase or Kaiseki restaurant in New York City this is definitely a great option
Menu is $200, but again, it’s for a good cause and the ingredients are top notch

![Business class on Air France from Congo to Paris
I have been flying Air France a lot lately for some reason…
Today this was actually my favorite time being in France business class.
The food is always bad on Air France. I will say this time and time again.
This time they actually totally forgot Dilara’s meal… however they did make up for it by giving a €100 gift certificate to Air France so that’s not bad
Overall, this is a solid business class product. It is very comfortable to fly.
I used 65,000 Delta miles and I’ll make a video all about that next because it was a little tricky to book
