First, follow me for more beauty tips: Stop using a straighten or curling iron and here’s why: 👇🏻

Many people complain of not having healthy hair, or how their hair doesn’t look full but thin, dry and dull.

Unfortunately, let me tell you that most of it occurs for your frequent use of heat tools. Using a straightening and curling iron every week, will weaken your hair’s structure, leading to breakage, dryness, dullness and split ends over time.

Here’s what I do instead:
-After nourishing my hair with a good hair mask once a week, I proceed to do rollers and dry my hair in the hair dryer, this will protect the hair strands from direct heat contact. And I only wash my hair once a week, it’s what works best for my hair.
-Then I JUST use the blower to strengthen the hair and l use a hot air brush to shape the ends. This is how l’ve accomplished to have full, shiny hair and not weakened strands. (Both I’ve used for years are babyliss babylissprousa).

-And if I want to do waves, all I use is a satin curling rod or socks over night, or simply self grip hair rollers to give my hair shape and volume. By doing these heatless method, I make sure l’m not overheating my hair and I manage to keep it healthy all the time. (If you’d like me to send you the ones I use, just comment “tools” and I’ll send it to you).

Next time you’re tempted in using any of these strong heating tools, ask yourself: Do I really want to keep damaging my hair?

A reminder that casual can still be timeless. ✨
There’s an understated confidence in keeping it simple—tailored trousers, a vest, and the kind of class that doesn’t need to be announced. Casual, but always timeless.

Stop using a straighten or curling iron and here’s why: 👇🏻
