✨ RDLs – lengthen + load the glutes through deep hip extension = growth
✨ Reverse lunges – challenge balance + isolate each glute (no wonky butt here!)
✨ Standing hip abductions – fire up the glute medius for that round, lifted shape

It’s a crime otherwise. Haha all jokes aside here are the reasons why you need to be doing this exercise

1.	Isolates Rear Delts
Most shoulder movements (like presses) focus on front/mid delts. This directly hits the often-neglected rear delts (back of the shoulder).

	2.	Constant Tension
Cables keep tension on the muscle through the entire range of motion.

	3.	Improves Posture
Strengthening rear delts helps pull the shoulders back and counteracts forward shoulder posture (common from desk work or chest-dominant training).
