If you are doing a disneylandparis stay and fancy leaving Disney for a day then valdeuropeofficiel is round the corner and a nice break from the park🥰 It’s like a mini Westfields but the place you want to be is imagipark_entertainment which is right behind the Val de Europe and they have an arcade, escape rooms, trampoline park and the star of the show for us which was at Wonderwoods part of the ephemeragroup 💫🤩 An immersive dining experience which literally was the best. Day at disneylandparis complete !! We managed all of the rides we wanted to go on bar one ! It was great day even though it did rain a little on and off. I was gutted because we booked last minute so we couldn’t eat at any of the restaurants I wanted to eat at but we will defo be booking in advance next time 💪🏼 We did manage all of the themed snacks thought like the Mickey waffles and ice cream stick 🍦 We finished with the most amazing nighttime light/firework show which was breathtaking and very much worth the wait ! Elephant Spring in the new development is such a beautiful splash area for kids surrounded by sand pits and slides with ample amount of splashing water jets and water pumps ! AD Yesterday we returned to the minecraftexperienceirl in Canada Water and I still think hands down it’s such a great idea for a day out with the kids! AD Today out oxygenactiveplay passports came in clutch !! We spent 2 hours jumping sprint and Ainhoa has also learnt how to front flip and front hand spring!! I am going to show you that you do not need a car to get to these fun places outside of London !! We headed to Euston and took the Avanti West Coast train all the way to Milton Keynes so we could visit willenlake 🤩 From the station it’s a quick taxi or bus ride to the lake itself (sorry I made a mistake on the video I said bus or train ride😂) so no need for a car of your own if you don’t have one. Willen Lake is a wonderful spot situated on the lake full of activities all which are prepayable online or on the day including a massive aqua obstacle course and splash pad ! The Clapham Common Splash pad I believe is such a great spot for a sunny day out !! Loads of interactive water features which the kiddos absolutely love and it just adds a different aspect to water play when compared against the normal play fountains 🤩 It’s free so you can make it as expensive as a day as you want. AD Logan and I had a little mummy and son date on the wicked brigitsbakery themed afternoon tea buses🚌🫖 We had done the Peppa Pig one before but this one I didn’t even know existed and it really did top it🤩 With all the goodies, the collectible cups and the super cool themed bus plus such a nice friendly vibe on board it’s such a great activity to do with the kiddos. This one was great because you actually played monopoly with the whole bus 🚌 on your own personalised iPad ! AD Today we had a lovely morning brewdogwaterloo It’s perfectly placed for a space to eat and play when you are coming off a long national railway journey or if you are having a lovely day out and about in Southbank🤩 They have a very child friendly painting session which are bookable which we loved, we then moved down to get food drinks and have a game of bowling 🎳 What I love about the bowling here is that the balls are child friendly they are not the big ones that you would find at a normal bowling alley and if you have smaller kids like me this is perfect and makes for a less stressful activity👍 The food is also top tier even the child box meals are basically like mini gourmet meals with delicious burgers and chicken nuggets with proper chicken breast meat inside!! Also kids eat free alongside a paying adult meal 🥘 this is the deal that is always welcome during the holidays to help us save some cash!! We spent a lovely afternoon _lightroomldn to see the beautiful and inspiring Prehistoric Planet: Discovering Dinosaurs 🦖🦖 It’s an immersive digital show filled with huge screens and amazing imagery Lightroom is also super child friendly I feel and as long as you don’t run everyone is happy for the kiddos to be walking around and even getting close to the screens/projections. They have a lovely bar / coffee shop aswell for either before or after and then you have the fountains straight outside the front door when you are done with the show!! AD We have just had our first outing of the summer and it was at the beloved oxygenactiveplay in Croydon 🤩 We love oxygen in general because it’s keeps the kids active and also supports Logan’s sensory needs This summer we got the Passports to Play to fill our 6 week holiday - £30 for each Passport to Play allowing you to book as many 60min sessions between 11am - 6pm everyday of the summer holidays!!! AD The final touches were added to bettersobelllc inflatable multi play zone and I promise you it didn’t disappoint The huge strike zone area which is like a ninja obstacle course as you climb you need to make sure you tap all the coloured lights so that your team can win this was our fav !! The inflatable course is nice to have a jump around in, there are also some trampolines, a football area, basketball area, which Logan was obsessed with, even a zip line rollercoaster !! We loved our time kidspacecroydon I feel like it was a completely different experience from the Romford one and we all enjoyed it so much better !! The frame is huge and you definitely have to be a good climber because there are loads of nets bridges small holes to go through and you most definitely will need to help your little ones so I say stick to the smaller area for under 5s if your child is not a good climber as some spaces are too small for parents to fit through 🤣 I love the added aspect of being able to buy a ticket to stay the whole day if you want or book a 2 hour slot I also appreciate that they have the drive around motorbike cars as the kids love these !! AD Today was a beautiful day to be up out exploring history on a old warship The HMS Belfast war ship part of imperialwarmuseums al It superseded all expectations! We spent 2 hours on board and enjoyed every minute of it🚢⚓️ There are 6 levels to see some are below water line and some are up in the skys giving you the best ever views of The London Bridge!! The ship itself is full of history and actually much more interactive than we expected not everything is behind windows or gates you can actually fully go into cabins such as the sick bay and the kitchen ⛑️🤩 Let’s not get started on the intricacies of the boiler room and engine room these you are just going to have to see for yourself ! AD Guys drop everything your doing because the new minecraftexperienceirl is actually insane !! It’s a various room type experience with timed use of every room and a purpose for every room. The journey follows a story to try and rescue the villagers all controlled from your magical block that powers everything int he experience 🤩 Mine are nearly 4, 6 and 7 and they all understood what was going on and were able to play independently with minimal input from me! AD We revisited the twist_museum today since we had first been when it was freshly opened and we loved it ! AD The new soft play better_canons is a lovely spot especially with the Easter hols coming up. It’s a good size for under 10s.
