1-Week Meal Plan: What to Eat Before Your Workout to Maximize Results

The right nutrition can help you reach your goals faster—while skipping meals or eating the wrong foods can slow down your progress, hurt your metabolism, and lead to muscle loss.

💡 Why It Matters:

▶️Your body relies on nutrients—especially carbs and protein—to fuel workouts and support muscle repair.

➡️Skipping meals or working out on an empty stomach might burn some fat at first, but science shows that after ~25 
minutes, your body starts breaking down muscle for energy.

▶️Muscle loss = slower metabolism, poor recovery, and stalled results.

🥗 What I Do:
Workout Days (3x/week). I eat fast-digesting carbs to fuel my training and speed up recovery.

My go-tos:
 * Overnight oats
 * Protein mousse
 * Sweet potato boats with eggs
 * Yellow watermelon
*******Orange, muesli, half banana, dates (not in the video) 

* Rest Days: I focus on high-protein meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) to preserve muscle and support fat loss. I’ll share recipe later this week :).

Here’s how to grow your glutes the smart way:

✅ Pre-workout fuel: Eat fast carbs (muesli, instant oats, (half bananas), dates, watermelon, oranges) to boost performance, strength, and recovery
✅ Protein goal: 1g per pound of body weight — or multiply your weight by 0.8
✅ Glute-focused moves: B-stand glute bridges, step-downs/ups, lateral lunges, wall deadlifts (all in the video)
