- ✨ Moments of Gratitude for the last week 🙏🏻 First, thanks to everyone for all the kind birthday wishes and messages. You all made my day & I feel so lucky to have the most incredible people in my life. 🥰💖 🎂Celebrated another year of life. Fun fact: I share a bday with my mom so we celebrated with an amazing cake from a local bakery. 🍴Had a celebratory dinner at a local (newer) UES restaurant that’s been on my list for a while! 🪴 Bought more plants for my balcony & it’s all starting to feel a little more like a garden 🙌🏻 🛍️ Did a little bday shopping. 😁 🎪 Stumbled into a street fair and it made me so happy bc it really is summer in the city now (plus there’s nothing I love more than a street fair). 🥊 Made it back to rumble after a quarantine and it made me so happy to move my body. 🌅 Caught a sunset. 👩💻Grateful for some outdoor space to get some work done and get fresh air while I was quarantined. 📦 Grateful for all the delivery people who brought me food and essentials while being stuck at home. 🎮 Grateful for entertainment from my Nintendo when I couldn’t go to the gym or leave my apt. What are you grateful for in the last week?
- ✨Moments of Gratitude for the last week 🤍 🧭 I spent 3 nights in Mykonos town exploring. 📸 I marveled at the windmills in Mykonos town and practiced my photography. 🌅 I watched the sunset over Mykonos town every night. 🥰😍 🥗 I had so much incredible food and so many amazing mocktails this week. So lucky to be able to have tried some incredibly amazing restaurants. 🏩 I traded in my Athens apt for an amazing boutique hotel overlooking Mykonos town. Grateful to have found such a gem and for nightcaps in the hot tub overlooking beautiful Mykonos. ⛴️ I took the ferry to Naxos and fell in love with it. 🚌 I took the bus around Naxos to explore some of the most stunning beaches I’ve seen. 🌊 I went swimming every day bc the ocean is my therapy. 🏰 I explored the Venetian castle of Naxos. 🌅 I watched the most incredible sunset from the temple of Apollo & that moment of calm made my heart so happy. 🤍 What’s one thing you’re grateful for in the last week? #mykonos #naxos #momentsofgratitude #sobertravel #solotravel #greecetravel
- ✨ Moments of Gratitude for the last week ✨ I made it to Athens and wandered around the city before work during the day. So grateful for the extra free time to explore. Grateful for shared coffees, new local friends I made in Athens who shared local tips, knowledge and guidance on some trip planning. Grateful for giant fresh Greek salads and SO much incredible souvlaki. Grateful for all the incredible views of Athens I took in and those small moments of peace and calm. Visited the acropolis and was completely awe struck with how beautiful and majestic it is. Tried SO many amazing local bakeries and got so many goodies to go which also allowed me some down time to relax before work. Took a break from souvlaki for a meal and had some incredible Thai food! Grateful for a sunset walk on a work lunch break with views like this. Always grateful for the sunset which somehow grounds and centers me and reminds me to appreciate the small things in life. Made it to Mykonos and started exploring (but more to come next week). What’s one thing you’re grateful for in the last week?
