✨Moments of Gratitude for the last week (or 2) 🙏🏻

🥊 I could write an entire novel about my gratitude for UES Rumble. Grateful for the community: the people I met, the friendships I made, the trainers who made it everything it was, and for being here for me through thick & thin. Heartbroken it’s closed to build new luxury condos but thank you for making me the fighter I am today. I love you all so much! 🙏🏻❤️❤️

🌳 Moments of peace and walks through Central Park.

🍓Saturday farmers markets.

🇮🇹 Made it to the feast of San Genaro and spent some time downtown & in little Italy.

🎾 Had the best timelearning to play pickleball at Wollman Rink.

🛍️ Enjoyed some post pickleball self care facial & shopping at Bloomingdale’s.

🍷Stocked up on some non alcoholic wines from one of my favorite shops!

🌅 A non alcoholic spritz & sunset from home.

👯‍♀️ Grateful for all the brunches, dinners & catch ups spent with my friends. As much as I love to travel, it’s always nice to slow down at home and spend time with those I love the most. ❤️

As I move into some pretty uneventful (non instagrammable) times at home for the next few months dealing with some serious stuff, I’m thinking about repurposing these posts & maybe sharing some carousels of locations I haven’t shared about on here yet. What do you think? What would you want to see? 2025-09-28 20:17:23 .. 34 -33% 28 -20%

🏠Stayed in Intendente and absolutely LOVED exploring new parts of Lisbon.

🌊 A quick trip to Cascais spent with good friends (hope to be able to share photos soon).

🍕 Lupita pizza forever and always, and of course dinners shared with friends.

❤️ Views like this around literally every corner.

🇵🇹 Morning brunches with friends and a day spent exploring principe real.

😋Pastel de Nata (do I need to say more)

😍 So many miradouros that take your breath away.

🀄️ Tiles that stop you in your tracks. (It really is the little things)

☕️ Morning coffees outside at the best cafes.

🇫🇷 Hidden gem brasseries that are open late.

🥊 Thankful for a home in Lisbon to box rounds_academy

🎪 A morning spent looking for vintage finds, art and more at Féira da Ladra.

⛵️A sunset sail.

🥗 Takeout lunches from honest greens.

👯‍♀️ A last dinner with the Outsite crew 🥹❤️.

🌅 The most beautiful sunsets from some of my favorite miradouros.

🇵🇹 I arrived in Ericeira and marveled at the beauty of this little surf town.

☕️ Slow mornings on my balcony drinking coffee & taking in these views.

💻 Happy to be at Outsite working poolside & connecting with other digital nomads.

🏎️ Had the best time riding around in bumper cars with my friends.

🌊 A beach day with a friend and some ocean therapy.

🎊 Got to see festa in full swing.

🍹Lots and lots of mocktails with friends and happy they have non alcoholic options here.

🥊 Found a boxing coach to train me & help me work on my technique.

🥮 Tried Ouricos the most delicious local pastry from Ericeira & post workout catchups with friends.

🐟Finally tried Sardines (which I loved) and shared some of the most amazing meals with friends.

Every meal at this London hot spot feeds a child in need 🥹🤍

📍Dishoom isn’t just London’s *most-awarded* Indian restaurant—it’s a force for good. 🤍🤍🤍

For every meal you order, they automatically donate a meal to a hungry child in India via Magic Breakfast in the 🇬🇧 & Akshaya Patra in 🇮🇳. 🥹🤍

As if that wasn’t reason enough, the restaurant’s flavors of Bombay and mocktails, lassos & chai are absolutely AMAZING. 😋

📍 🇬🇧 LONDON LOCATIONS:
Battersea • Covent Garden • Canary Wharf • Shoreditch • Kensington • King’s Cross • Carnaby

(All locations donate meals—just order & impact happens!)

🔥 MUST-ORDER Menu Items:
→ Black Daal (24-hour simmered)
→ Paneer Roll (grilled to perfection)
→ Gunpowder Potatoes (crispy + zingy)

💡 PRO TIP:
Go early to avoid the lines & for quiet vibes at breakfast - it fuels your day and feeds a child. Win-win. 🥹🙌🏻

🐾 I’ve been dog sitting for my main man jude_theaussie and so grateful for our fun filled walks in Central Park.

☀️The sun FINALLY came out this weekend after it’s been raining ever single weekend here in NYC for I don’t even know how long (but trust me a long time 😂)

🥪 Work breaks picking up lunch in the neighborhood. It’s always so nice to take a break from the screens and take a little walk.

🥊 Always grateful for time at my forever fave home boxing gym at Rumble. I’ve LOVED their new straight up boxing concept and can’t wait to continue working on my boxing skills.

🍷Grateful for the little things like all the non alcoholic options we have here in the states and I appreciate watching the sunset with a nice glass of NA Sauvignon blanc on the balcony.

🍅 Been doing a lot of cooking lately and always grateful for the freshest veggies (and tomatoes ALWAYS) from the green market.

🥩 I also appreciate the fresh cuts of meat from my local butcher shop - always here to support small businesses. Plus it’s SO much better than the stuff at the grocery stores.

🌳Walks with the pup in Carl Schurz have been such good mental health breaks!

📍 Wildflower Fields, Sagres
📍 Praia da Falesia, Albufeira
📍 Praia do Amado (from both sides), Carrapateira
📍 “Blue Wall” - Corner of R. Silva Lopes & R. Lancarote de Freitas, Lagos
📍 Praia do Castelejo, Vila do Bispo
📍 Campo de Futebol do Tonel (both sides), Sagres
📍 Praia do Telheiro, Sagres
📍 Praia dos Rebolinhos, Sagres
📍 Praia do Tonel, Sagres
📍 Pontal da Carrapateira, Carrapateira
📍 Praia do Martinhal, Sagres

📍 Praia do Pinhao, Lagos
📍 Praia da Arrifana, Aljezur
📍 Pinhao Fort Bridge, Lagos
📍 Igreja de Santo Antonio, Lagos
📍 Praia dos Estudantes (above + beach level chaos), Lagos
📍 Cais do Solaria, Lagos

🌃 Grateful for the little things like walks through the city at night which somehow always make me feel like myself.

🌿 Grateful for work breaks walking around the high line - which is honestly one of my favorite things to do in this city.

🥊 Grateful always for boxing to not only keep me healthy but also sane. The community at UES rumble is simply unparalleled.

🍽️ Grateful for a catch up and career chat with someone in my industry.

🏨 Made a quick stop at the Mark & always delighted when I can sneak into a partner property!

🍓Grateful for fresh fruit and veggies (and peonies) from the farmers market. Honestly I’ve always been a farmers market girlie and they make me so happy.

🥹 Grateful for the kindness of strangers! I tried to set up a work card to pay for the subway and it wasn’t working and while I was standing at the turnstile trying to switch my apple wallet to my regular card, a stranger coming out of the train swiped me through on his metro card. First, thanks to everyone for all the kind birthday wishes and messages. You all made my day & I feel so lucky to have the most incredible people in my life. 🥰💖

🎂Celebrated another year of life. Fun fact: I share a bday with my mom so we celebrated with an amazing cake from a local bakery.

🍴Had a celebratory dinner at a local (newer) UES restaurant that’s been on my list for a while!

🪴 Bought more plants for my balcony & it’s all starting to feel a little more like a garden 🙌🏻

🛍️ Did a little bday shopping. 😁

🎪 Stumbled into a street fair and it made me so happy bc it really is summer in the city now (plus there’s nothing I love more than a street fair).
