Whats the Way Forward fellow Africans?
:
I Was at an event today and learned firsthand that migration to the Western world for cheap labor will come to an end within the next 10 years. Robots and AI are rapidly replacing those very jobs that many of our people depend on.

Africa and the African Diaspora must rise above the “jollof rice” kind of opportunities our people are often known for. We must start thinking ownership, especially in the Western world.

We must also reduce consumption remittance. Right now, 60% of the money sent home by the African Diaspora ends up in pots of soup, bottles of beer, or paying for pleasure partners.

It’s time to buckle up. Immigration will get tighter, and many who are already abroad may become unemployed as robots take over the menial jobs they came for. Some may even prefer to return home.

Everyone needs to wake up. 2025-09-16 11:12:31 Whats the Way Forwa.. 838 +50% 93 +95%

On Saturday, August 30th, 2025, I had the honor of serving as a guest speaker at the World Igbo Congress (WIC) Convention, held at the Marriott Quincy Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts, USA.
This year’s 32nd annual convention carried the powerful theme: “Igbo Bilie n’Ura!” – a resounding wake-up call for Ndi Igbo to rise and reclaim our rightful place in the world. The event, declared open by the President General of the World Igbo Congress, Chief Festus Okere, brought together esteemed elders and fathers of Ndi Igbo in America – many of whom arrived in the USA during the 1960s amid the Biafran Genocide against our people.
In my address on “The Role of Igbo Diaspora Youth in the Rebuilding of Ala Igbo,” I urged our youth abroad to shift from consumption remittances to developmental investments back home. We must redirect our resources to build industries, tech hubs, and infrastructure in the Southeast, drawing lessons from diasporas like the Indians and Jews. I highlighted the launch of the Igbo Credit Union as a game-changer for collective progress, ending our era of individual riches amid collective poverty.
As I emphasized to the audience: “Stop donating to secessionists and others destroying Ala Igbo. The increased insecurity in our homeland has also increased due to some of our diaspora sympathizing with secessionists.” I encouraged attendees to stop sending money to any group promising to restore Biafra.
I also shared my own commitments, from Ohanaeze Farms (the largest fenced livestock ranch in the Southeast) to Onye Ije Motors, Voice of the East Media, and my vision for Tech City Africa – Africa’s Silicon Valley in Enugu.

Ndi Igbo, tetanu n’ura! Let’s make Ala Igbo great again (MAIGA).
Stop funding division; invest in unity and security.
Bring your skills, capital, and networks home.
Onye aghala nwanne ya!

Grateful for the platform and inspired by our resilient spirit.

In 2021, I traveled to Italy 🇮🇹 for a short vacation.
One evening, I was at a very fancy 5-star restaurant eating alone, and I wished I had someone local to join me for dinner so we could share a meal and good conversation.

I know I’m not the only traveler who’s ever wished for that. So, we decided to build a solution.

That’s why we created TalkChop_App
a platform that connects you with people nearby looking to share a meal. 🍽️✨

We’re officially launching September 20th in New York City 🇺🇸 before expanding to other U.S. cities.

When I took this picture my head was bursting with ideas but no one could help me make it happen. I felt like someone in a deep well shouting and screaming for help, but no one could hear.

How time flies? I always say give time some time. Sometimes we forget how far we’ve come, how blessed we are but each time I remember I never have to book a return ticket when coming to America I thank My God. I am the one God has blessed, Only God can make a pot belly sexy.

Happy 34th Anniversary, Enugu State!

Today, we celebrate Enugu’s 34th anniversary, a milestone of resilience, unity, and legacy as the heart of the Southeast. Since its creation on August 27, 1991, Enugu has been the cultural capital of Igboland, carrying the torch of progress for Ala Igbo.
Our journey includes transformative moments, notably under Governor Sullivan Chime (2007–2015), with iconic projects like the Enugu Diagnostic Centre, modernized road networks, and urban renewal that revitalized our Coal City. Yet, we faced challenges, like the stagnation during Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi’s tenure (2015–2023), where progress slowed in key sectors.
As we mark this milestone, I call on every Enugu son and daughter to reflect on our journey and recommit to a greater Enugu. With our rich human capital and strategic location, we can lead Ala Igbo’s boundless possibilities. Let’s harness our talents to make Enugu a beacon of excellence!
As a private citizen, I’m proud to contribute through investments in Media, Transport, Agriculture, and Real Estate, employing over 500 people and fostering economic growth. I urge all Enugu indigenes to join in through entrepreneurship or civic engagement to elevate our state.
Congratulations to our sister states, Anambra and Abia, as we strive for a prosperous Southeast. Together, let’s renew our commitment to Making Ala Igbo Great Again (MAIGA). Enugu’s best days are ahead!
Happy 34th Anniversary, Enugu State!
