The milk and tea ratio is perfect so it isn’t overly sweet, but creamy. We ordered crab Rangoon and Papaya salad for our starter. The crab rangoon is different since they mix curry with the cream cheese. The outer layer is very crunchy. The papaya salad is very fresh and different as well. You don’t taste much of the fish sauce, but more sour/lime taste. However, the level of crunchiness of the papaya and green beans is out of this world. We ordered the drunken noodles, panang curry with shrimp, and Palm Thai soft shell crab. The drunken noodles is delicious and the portion is big. The panang curry was good. It was sweet with a light kick of spice to it. The Palm Thai soft shell crab came out in a huge portion. The veggies they used for the green curry is super crunchy. There is a slight saltiness taste for the soft shell crabs that goes really well with the sweetness of green curry. There’s a limited amount of space and table, but the service is amazing! I love that it is buffet style so you can grab and eat whatever you want. There’s employees that make sure everything is nice and clean. If you see that’s it low on the floor, asked the employee and they will bring out more! The seafood selection here is pretty good with snow crabs, blue crabs, full size clam, crawfish, and more! I also really like their crawfish boil here since you can taste the Cajun flavor. There’s also lots of carbs options here such as ramen, noodles, potato noodle, rice, and more! The hamachi carpaccio is delicious. The sauce isn’t too sour or overwhelming. The fish is thickly cut and not fishy at all. The tonkotsu ramen is alright. The soup needs some more pork flavoring. The ramen consistency is good and soft. The pork chasu is tender, chewy, and crispy, but a little dry. The egg with the tonkotsu is perfectly soft in the middle and melts in your mouth. For sushi, we ordered salmon/ yellowtail/ scallops nigiri and lemon/ raw-volution/ Tokyo roll. The nigiri fishes aren’t fishy and the pieces for thickly cut. Our favorite roll is Tokyo roll, which is crunchy on the outside and flavorful eel sauce really brings out the tuna and cream cheese. Overall, the sushi is good, but the rice is a bit old and on the drier side. Sage Sushi Lounge has alright food, but the decoration is very cute. The price is a bit high, but the thick cut fish is worth it. Pan fried pecking duck is a MUST! The pecking duck filing is full of flavor tasted so good with the bun. The steamed shrimp dumpling came out piping hot, plump, and had an adequate portion of shrimp was seasoned well. The wrapper used to form the dumpling was a little thicker than some of the other dumplings from other restaurants but was very delicate at the same time. Both hand pulled House Special Ramen and Hand Cut Noodle Soup was an absolute treat. The broth was light and full of flavor. The noodles were supple, the meat was very tender, and everything complimented each other very well. The eggs were well done and the shrimp is a bit small/pre-cooked. For our entree, we had cavatelli and filet of beef. The cavatelli pasta tasted like it was home-made and is cooked aldente. The blue crab adds a touch of sweetness, effectively balancing the spices in the sauce. The filet is tender on the inside and has a firm crust. The chef has cooked it to a perfect medium rare, with a robust beef flavor lingering in the aftertaste. The sauce accompanying the filet is well seasoned and subtly complements the flavor of the filet. A dessert is essential to conclude a culinary experience. The lemon ricotta cheesecake is highly recommended. Its exceptional softness and lightness are notable. The blueberry elderflower gel enhances the cheesecake’s tartness, resulting in a well-balanced flavor profile. Alternatively, the warm olive oil pistachios palenta cake was adequate. It has a good balance of spicy and saltiness with a touch of sweetness. For entree, we ordered large Pho Dat Biet and medium Bun Bo Hue. The pho was very fragrant with spices. The beef broth was very tasty and good portion of meat. We ordered the fresh pho noodles which has a perfect noodle consistency. For the Bun Bo Hue, the broth was delicious, just add a little shrimp paste and sate for more saltiness and spice. The pork ham is soft and fluffy. Pork hock was slightly firm yet soft and delicate, and fell off the bones. Beef shank has a slightly firm, chewy consistency like beef tendon. Overall, all the meat absorbs the BBH broth flavor very well. The service was amazing and very welcoming. We started our night with the Black Truffle Steak Tartare that was delectable and set the tone for the night. We then ordered the Chateaubriand and 100 day aged Delmonico Steaks which were both cooked to a perfect medium rare. The Chateaubriand was extremely tender, full of flavor, and very juicy. The 100 day aged Delmonico had an intense beef flavor that complimented the seasoning well, especially when paired with the Cognac Au Poivre. Both steak entrees came complete with French Onion Soup, Salad, and a baked potato. We opted for the White Truffle Macaroni and Cheese as an additional side. Their server uniform is the cute Ao Ba Ba traditional outfit. Also, they don’t have regular drink menu there other than alcohol and water, but don’t worry, they have QR code to order drinks from BingBong. Their honey garlic chicken Kara-age chicken bun is tender and the bun is soft and fluffy. I highly recommend ordering their High Roller Towel! It’s different type of spring rolls but each spring rolls is delicious in their own way! And dipping it in fish sauce or their special sauce really brings out the flavor. Their chicken pho has lots of protein! The soup tasted more cinnamon and spices than the beef pho broth, but it’s still delicious! Their Beef Pho broth is flavorful and less cinnamon taste. I love the presentation, reminds me of Viet Nam. There’s a lot of protein and different meat for the Pho. I like the concept of slowly putting in the sides into the boiling broth, but if you wait 5-10 minutes, it not hot enough to cook the beef, so cook meat first! The Galbi Triffecta Rice Platter is so delicious! The beef is super tender and the seasoning on the beef is perfect with the rice! everything just blends so well together! We were so full, but it looks so delicious that we have to order it, NO REGRETS! They also have an area next door where they sell snacks a little things for to go! The parking is on the back and I definitely highly recommend coming here!
