Cada día es parecido: entreno todos los días, como 4 veces al día y trabajo, esos son mis actuales pilares. 

Definitivamente trato de eliminar todo lo que no es necesario y que me quita energía. Eso está relacionado con que no salgo de fiesta, no bebo alcohol y no fumo, mi mente está „limpia,” y eso me permite concentrarme al 100% en mis objetivos.🙌🏻

Don’t worry about what people say…

When I was younger, they told me my posts were empty and just “cheap motivation.”

When I started modeling, they laughed, later, the same people congratulated me when I had multiple international contracts.

When I went to the gym every day, they asked, “Why? You’re wasting your time.”

When I posted every day since 2015, they were holding their heads and telling me to start doing something productive with myself..

When I got married at 22, they said it wouldn’t last.

When I moved to Mexico and put everything on the line to become a best online coach, they didn’t understand either, and they didn’t have to 🤷‍♂️

At the end of the day, you decide, you win or lose and it’s yours to celebrate or regret.

More cardio is not always the best solution.

Often, the awareness of how the fat-loss mechanism works is very limited. People just keep doing cardio (more and more), forgetting about strength training, which is the key to helping the body effectively use fat stores as energy. They also forget about the basics of nutrition, which is one of the most important pieces of the puzzle (if not the most important).🥗🏋️

For my clients, when the goal is fat loss, I usually choose a combination of strength training + calorie deficit + daily non-training activity measured in steps (for example), or other activities like tennis or cycling. This always brings the best results. 📈

At the end of the day, cardio is just a tool.🫡
