Day 14: There’s something grounding about breathing deeply into my belly. When I bring diaphragmatic breathing into meditation, it’s like flipping a switch. My body softens. My thoughts get quieter. Day 12: 

I sat down just wanting to create some peace. 

The air was cooler than I expected, and for a while, I just listened—to the wind moving through frees, to the birds, to everything I usually tune out. My thoughts were loud at first, but eventually, they settled, like dust in sunlight. 

It reminded me that peace isn’t something to chase—it’s something to make space for.

Day 11: 

I told myself to just take a few minutes to breathe and try to quiet the constant scroll of thoughts. You know the feeling: emails, errands, that one awkward interaction replaying for no reason… yeah, all of that.

Anyway, as I settled in, I noticed how loud my mind was. Not in a chaotic way, just busy. At first, I tried to fight it—telling myself, “Come on, just focus. Be still.” But the more I resisted, the louder everything got. Classic.

So instead, I just let it be. I stopped trying to ‘do’ meditation and just… sat there. Watched my breath. Let the thoughts pass through like cars on a highway I wasn’t planning on chasing. And eventually—very gradually—things got quieter. Not silent, but quieter. Kind of like when a party winds down and people are still talking, but you can finally hear your own thoughts again.

What stuck with me was this: I don’t have to fix everything in my mind. I just want to sit with it. And that made it all feel a little lighter. 

If you’re reading this and your brain feels like a browser with 23 tabs open—same. (I actually have 139 tabs on Safari… don’t come for me). But even five minutes of breathing and being still can reset your whole vibe.

Day 6/50 days of meditation: 

Sunset. Peace started as a quiet feeling. I stopped trying to shape the moment and started witnessing it. No judgement. No performing. This gently shaped the rest of my day.

Day 6: I found it harder to land today, so I started my session by moving softly. After practicing asana, my mind always feels decluttered. Day 4/50: Feeling fulfilled is not just about checking a box, but being with present with the process. This morning’s meditation reminded me that taking just 5 minutes to be still helps me set the tone for the day. I woke up early before work and went down to the beach for my daily meditation. 

With the late summer sun on my skin, breeze on my face and external noises in the distance, distractions just passed through me. 

I felt subtle contentment: a quiet inner satisfaction and peace from appreciation of what I have rather than striving for more.

Invest in your habits ❁

Day 1 of 50 days of meditation. 

Meditation takes practice just like everything else. The key practice is mindfulness aka paying attention to detail. 

This helps me see everything else through a clearer lens because it slows me down and drops me into the present moment. 

When I get back to the mental state that handles the daily activities, I have more of a grasp on what I want, what serves me, and how to achieve that ideal energy. 

Your habits create a frequency that reflects the energy you want to put out… let that sink in and have a wonderful week. x

You can’t force your way into your heart space. 

You get there by acceptance, and the heart of acceptance is patience. Patience becomes not just a quality to develop, but a lived experience — one breath, one posture, one moment at a time.

Hey guys, I’m moving!

In the fall 🍂 Can you guess where I’m relocating to? HINT: Somewhere out west…

A storm has been lifting the air, re-wilding the ocean and it’s feeling like the right time to share this news with you all. 

Sometimes I feel as cool about it as I look in this video 🙃 Other days… If I’m honest, I have a lot resting on my heart. 

While change is uncomfortable, this move is more of an expansion than an end. I also believe that it’s all of you who are preparing me! Thank you for lighting me up. Here’s a little message I want to share with you…

We are always becoming.
Soft moments, sudden shifts — each one shapes us.
Like rivers carving stone, change is slow… until it’s not.
In every breath, we release.

I feel proud of the flowers that keep blooming inside me. 

I made some big decisions this summer and also found room to let things flow. This summer has inspired me, deeply connected me with gratitude and compassion, and given me time to grow my brand. I’m discovering that all I really want to do is to help people feel grace and peace, safety and freedom, to reconnect with the love resting underneath your bones.

Balance isn’t held, it’s heard. 

It’s a quiet unfolding of breath, body and being. 

I’ve decided that my handstand practice isn’t really about perfection—it’s about presence. And actually, so is everything else in life! I can lean into trust and allow the process to unfold not because I force it, but because I welcomed it. 

Each wobble teaches me. 

And eventually - sometimes - stillness finds me.

This is for the soul ☀️

During our yoga retreat in Paradise Valley, we offered daily movement and meditation practices, cold plunges, equine therapy, hikes, pond swims and sun sprawls.

It’s a real gift to have freedom and space to roam during retreat, and also to come together to breathe, pause, reflect. 

This week was a reminder that we’re all practicing something, whether it’s how to improve a backbend or learning how to listen lovingly.
