Quietly, I’ve started walking the path of a healer. 🌿 What began with yoga and meditation has now grown into a deeper intention: to support those whose minds and bodies feel tired, heavy, or out of balance in this busy modern world. After completing a Sound Healing course, I realized it was not only about learning the theory and techniques of sound as a tool for healing. Yes, I learned those—but more importantly, I discovered that healing begins with intention. It begins with trusting myself, my presence, and the tools I use, believing that they can bring comfort and transformation. ✨ I’m now preparing to offer sound healing sessions, combining yoga asana to release tension in the body, and sound vibrations to let go of negativity and recharge from within. My vision is to create something sustainable—an experience where yoga and sound come together to heal, energize, and empower.
