Lately I’ve been questioning my why. For a few days, I couldn’t find a reason that truly stirred me—nothing that felt valid enough to inspire me or make my heart sing. Then I found these photos.

My heart filled with gratitude.

Ballade is a quiet conversation between music and body—steps that speak, breath that punctuates, silence that listens back.

The creative process was like unravelling a story, phrase by phrase, searching for the dialogue hidden inside each movement. And I loved feeling held by the room—coaches guiding me detail by detail, colleagues lifting me with their kindness and support.

The synergy we created in the studio made the work feel courageous instead of heavy. Safe instead of overwhelming. And perhaps that is the most important part of artistry: feeling held enough to be daring. Because the rehearsal space is where we spend most of our lives. Performances are brief, fleeting moments—but the process that shapes them stretches across days, weeks, months.
