Being shy is just a set of behaviors, and so is confidence!
So if you want to be confident, ask yourself, what behaviors would a confident person exhibit?
Louder volume, larger hand gestures, not afraid to take up space, etc.
Start practicing these and you'll be surprised at what it does to your brain. When you look more confident and you sound more confident, suddenly you feel more confident.
