Burnt out… again.
But this time feels different.

Not because I’ve figured it all out (I haven’t), but because I’m finally approaching it with more honesty, more softness, and more awareness.

I’ve realized burnout isn’t just about doing too much—it’s about imbalance.
Too much structure, productivity, and pressure…
Not enough flow, creativity, and joy.
