### Leg Day Fire: Variety for Epic Gains! 💪

Leg training is your ticket to full-body strength, better calorie burn (legs are 50%+ of your muscle!), and hormone boosts for muscle growth. It also keeps injuries away. Mixing up moves hits every angle, fixes weak spots, and keeps gains coming.

#### 1. Band-Resisted Lunge to Twist
Lunge with a band pulling sideways, then twist your torso. This lights up quads, glutes, hamstrings, and core for balance and power. Aim for 3 sets of 8-12 per side.

#### 2. Split Squat with Bar Between Legs
Hold a bar between your legs, drop into a split stance, and squat. It hammers quads and glutes with less back stress and evens out imbalances. Do 3 sets of 10 per leg.

#### 3. Kickstand Squat (Single/Double KB)
Stand with one foot lightly back (kickstand style), hold one or two kettlebells, and squat. It’s a beast for glutes, quads, and core stability. Start with one KB, then go double; hit 3 sets of 6-10 per side.
