- This weekend I turn 37. So dumping a few photos of this year I never post because I love to overthink myself too much Also to share a few thoughts this year has been one of the most transformational of my life — not because of external wins, but because of the battles I’ve fought inside my own head. For too long, I let destructive thoughts run the show. I doubted myself, I shut down emotions, and I rarely smiled — even when I had every reason to. A conversation with my therapist not too long ago made me realize how much that was costing me. So I started small… post-it notes all over my house that just said: smile. That simple shift changed my energy more vibrant and different The biggest lesson at 37? Your mind has more power than you think. After diving into neuroscience, and reading the work of drjoedispenza , jamesrdotymd , brucelipton , and others — I finally started to understand how much our thoughts and programming shape our reality. And I’ve committed myself not just to learning it, but to living it. And working in rewiring every part that limits me Mmm what other lessons… Oh yeah Fatherhood. As a dad, I continue to learn that though I want to build and grow more, success isn’t about building a multi-million dollar business if it costs me time with my family. Success now to me is hearing my 2-year-old say “te amo, papá.” That’s wealth. That’s why I do this. Looking forward, I want this year to be about the mindset game. Because I know it’s the responsible for everything that happens. To dive into my spirituality, my faith. This year is about going beyond my dietitian title and explore new opportunities To strengthen my relationships To be uncomfortable These diet experiments I did this year also taught me a very valuable lesson.
