Two stunning private residences are currently under construction side by side in the exclusive Golden Beach community. In the kitchen, the millwork installation is in progress — we reviewed the cabinetry setup once again and discussed adjustments with the manufacturer to ensure a seamless fit for the upcoming stone slabs on the countertops. We also confirmed that the correct dishwasher model was ordered based on the exact specifications. In the master bathroom, we can already see major progress: tiles have been installed, the bathtub is in place, and the base for the partition walls has been set. Project in Progress, North Miami Beach There’s been great progress since my last visit — the breeze block wall is now in place, and the finishing works in the kitchen and lounge area are moving forward. A feature wall designed with layered natural stone panels is taking shape in the living room. The staircase was originally designed with a platform made from a solid, uncut stone slab, but since this option turned out to be extremely costly, we decided to use one layer of slab combined with three layers of underlayment. To achieve the effect of raw, natural stone with irregular edges, I sketched the outline, and the craftsmen will manually chisel it with hammers. This way, we’ll recreate the look of a single, unprocessed stone block forming the platform. I’m excited to share a glimpse of our new design project in Parkland, Florida — a private residence spanning over 10,000 sq ft. The design concept was built around the idea of ethnic inspiration. You’ll notice custom-carved wood panels throughout the space, with organic, fluid patterns reminiscent of traditional crafts and natural landscapes. From the wall textures to the lighting sculptures, each element tells a story of culture, artistry, and connection to nature. ◾️ In the living room, sculptural woodwork and hand-finished plaster walls create a warm, immersive atmosphere. The space feels like a sculptural landscape. A central round marble table with a built-in fire feature becomes the heart of the seating area, surrounded by soft, organically shaped modular sofas upholstered in creamy suede tones. The rugs echo the natural lines of the wall décor, adding layers of warmth and flow. A dramatic glass chandelier made of hand-blown golden elements floats overhead, casting fluid reflections throughout the space. Floor-to-ceiling windows frame a serene interior garden, which brings in natural light and greenery — reinforcing the home’s connection to nature. ◾️ The kitchen features a refined palette of premium materials — natural stone, bronze details, and textured wood cabinetry.
