![If I could just go back I would tell her so many things.
I would say to stop hating herself and to forgive whatever had happened. I would also say that she was not a bad person, she was just a little lost and needed some help. She felt less worthy because of her weight but she was good enough.
I would also tell her that, even though she didnโt think she did, she had the WILL and POWER to make a change and have a better life.
I would tell her that she didnโt have to have a perfect every single time all she needed to do was to try and be a little bit better each day. I would tell her to stop being less mean to herself and to start seeing all the good things she had inside her.
