Just good old fashioned FWTFL programming - fasting, macros, carb cycling, 30 min workouts. By the way / there is NOTHING wrong with injections, supplements, bonus workouts // this group here just doesn’t do that stuff. So for those wondering, there is your answer! - 4 habits as a mom of FIVE ⬇️ 1) intermittent fasting … I’ve fasted daily for 10 years. Most of my clients do 16:8, but I can guide you in what’s best for you based on goals and hormones. 2) carb cycling. I eat sooooooooo much ladies. Like way way way more than you would think (I’m 5’2” and eat well over 2,000 cals per day. Close to 2,500 most days). Plus I eat CARBS and only limit them 2x per week. 3) strength training 3x per week and hiit 1 or 2x per week depending on my schedule. 30 mins or less in and out. 4) gluten free and dairy free meal plan.
