everything I used below👇🏼 save this for later + share with someone who would benefit from seeing it 🤍 1) Aloe mask: blend up 1-2 cubes of aloe Vera, 1 tsp of rosewater and a pinch of turmeric. Apply daily as needed (I have other videos showing how I make this) 2) peppermint + spearmint tea is shown to be incredible for the skin and prevents hormonal acne. I got mine from the brand traditional medicinals on amazon 3) milky toners are incredible for soothing the skin and providing softness!! I looove the tirtir_global milk skin toner 4) clay masks are the BEST for unclogging pores almost instantly and smoothing the skin!! love the kiehls rare earth mask 5) exfoliation helps to go deeper into the skin and fight breakouts + smooth the skin long term!
