Easy and Healthy Chia Pudding Meal Prep

This chia pudding is a great snack option! It has a balanced macronutrient profile, is low in calories, and is high in fiber which is amazing for gut health.

2 TBSP chia seeds
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (vanilla)
20g vanilla protein powder
1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Yes I know this is technically a red cabbage, but I just keep calling it a Purple Cabbage because it PURPLE… not red lol.

Tricep kickback form!
Try to keep your elbow in one spot and use it as a hinge to activate your tricep. Feel the pinch in that back of your arm and really focus on using the tricep to move the weight. If you can’t lift the weight without swinging your arm and using your shoulder, the weight is probably too heavy.
