If you’ve had gestational diabetes (or are worried about it)… you are already the best mama you can possibly be. 💕

This isn’t about pointing fingers. I know how heartbreaking it feels to do your best, follow the advice you’re given, and then later learn that what you were told (or what you did) maybe wasn’t the full picture.

and sometimes motherhood involves just pausing and realizing we have to do our own research to know what’s best for us and our babies… because of it feels like it’s a lonely battle and ultimately no one’s gonna care as much as you mama!

The truth is… we all do the best we can until we know better. And when we know better, we get to make different choices for ourselves and our babies.

It’s not your fault if your doctor didn’t check your blood sugar until week 28.

It’s not your fault if no one told you that small lifestyle shifts—even before pregnancy—can lower your risk.

But it is our responsibility to care for our health and feel good in our bodies. Not our doctors.

i’m not sitting here blaming my parents because there’s so much I can do today to improve my health.

As a biohacking coach who’s guided over 100,000 women (through my book, programs, and coaching), here are a few simple tweaks you can start today that change everything:

⚠️ 6 SHOCKING Pregnancy Truths Nobody Told Me (last one will make you angry 🤯)

1.	Morning sickness isn’t random—it’s often thyroid.

I’m not ashamed to admit that it hasn’t been all joy and glow.
It’s been beautiful and surreal…
but also confronting, messy, and emotional in ways I didn’t expect.

I wanted a family.
