We just received the sofa of my dreams from kldheritagehouse, and I couldn’t be happier! This is the 110” Blaire Slipcover Sofa in the color Alabaster. Nam Khao Recipe! My favorite Lao dish as a Laotian! Give it a try if you have never had it!! (I doubled the below recipe because we had a lot of guests so yours won’t be as big as mine!) :) Ingredients - 2 cups rice - 1 egg - 1/4 cup red curry paste - 1 tsp chicken boullion - 1 tbsp sugar - 1/2 tsp salt - 1 cup shredded coconut - 1 1/2 tbsp kaffir lime leaves(minced) - 2 tbsp fish sauce - Lime juice(start with 1 lime and add more to taste) - 1 cup som moo (fermented pork) - 1/2 cup green onion(sliced) - 1/2 cup cilantro(chopped) - 1/3 cup shredded pork skin - Lettuce - Dried Thai chillies to garnish - Chopped peanuts to garnish Instructions 1. Rinse rice with water until water runs clear then drain the water, add fresh water, and cook in a rice cooker. Let the rice cool down to room temperature. 2. Combine egg, red curry paste, chicken bouillon, and sugar. 3. Add mixture to the cooled down rice along with shredded coconut and 1 tbsp of the minced kaffir lime leaves. 4. Form disk shaped rice balls(about 8 balls) and deep fry them at 350°F until golden brown and crispy (3-5 minutes). 5. Let the rice balls cool down. 6. Break up the rice balls and add fish sauce, salt, lime juice, som moo, shredded pork skin, the rest of the minced kaffir lime leaves, green onion, and cilantro. 7. Poblano cream pasta recipe 😋🌶️ INGREDIENTS: * 1 lb. spaghetti * 3-4 roasted poblano peppers * 8 oz cream cheese * 1/2 cup crema Mexicana * 1 c pasta water * 1/4 small white onion * 3 garlic cloves * Small bunch of cilantro * 2 tsp chicken bouillon * Cotija cheese DIRECTIONS: - Roast or air fry poblanos for 15min at 375. When done, put them directly in a ziplock bag and let sit for 10-15min. - Take your poblanos out of the bag and start scraping off the skin and remove seeds.
